Led the project team of 21 persons as the Senior Project Architect for completing the first phase of 500 million dollars project (1st. phase 260 million dollars). Completed guestroom type development, BOH design, guestroom matrix for phase 1, and completed Construction Documents for the phase 1 towers for 540 gues t rooms with full interior and FF&E package.
