Corona Avenue Project - Update

CORONA, NY — The Corona project which began back in 2014, is finally making progress and is expected to complete its final governmental approval process in coming weeks. 

The site, a former Mobile Gas Station, was originally gone into a sales contract by our client in 2014 but an environmental problem had prevented the sales until August of 2016. The project proposes (7) 3-family townhouses with (3) zoning lots. The building exterior is planned as brick/CMU composite walls which are accentuated by architectural cast stone elements. The facade employs newly adopted zoning criteria where the building's front facade plays measured and rhythmic undulations wich helps to enhance the overwhelming scale of the front facade in relation with its neighbors.
