The site was previously occupied by one story auto repair shop which was demolished for a new strip mall. Located in Nassau County, it borders with Queens county line and situated along a major thoroughfare of both Queens and Nassau County.
The development required a Zoning Board of Appeals' approval from Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County. JWJA represented the clients for the ZBA review process and produced all required documents and supporting materials.
Facade is designed with an extensive use of architectural cast stone manufactured by Corinthian Cast Stone of Long Island. Custom cornice was also manufactured by Driangle, a Canadian firm who molded a special profile for the project.
