S3 Residence

A partner at a global real estate firm wanted to raise his children at his old neighborhood and purchased two consecutive properties. JWJA designed a new 6,200 SF living quarters at one of the properties. The owner wanted to leave the other existing house as his children's playhouse. A fully renovated playhouse is connected with an enclosed bridge at the second level. By creating "L" shaped new living quarters together with the "I" shaped existing house, we created a "villa" inspired courtyard at the rear of the houses.
